The Yale School of Management (SOM) Executive Education program empowers professionals to progress in their own industries with an emphasis on the need and benefits of lifelong learning in leadership positions. In 2017 we were asked to establish the SOM-Executive Education identity within the larger SOM brand. While working with copywriter Eric Terchila, we were inspired by their “Leaders are Learners” campaign to develop a visual system of interlocking “L”s. This concept allowed for dynamic photographic and typographic compositions applied across a variety of collateral.
