From Feb. 18–Jul. 25, 2021, the Oklahoma Contemporary exhibited Ed Ruscha: OKLA. It was the first exhibition to focus on the artist’s Oklahoma roots and his first solo exhibition in his home state. Ruscha's Midwestern childhood had a profound impact on his art, which the exhibition explored through 74 works from all phases of his career. The exhibition was co-curated by Alexandra Schwartz and Oklahoma Contemporary in close coordination with the artist. We designed exhibition graphics, collateral, and this magnificent book.
